Gaia is a sustainable restaurant concept that a team of designers and I created. The name 'Gaia' came from the goddess of the earth. Gaia's mission is to provide a fully sustainable restaurant experience that emphasizes quality and care in all aspects, from excellent hospitality to locally sourced ingredients, at an affordable price point.
